Groups come here to be in one place: one kitchen, one fire pit, twenty seats at meals across three tables, and enough bedrooms that nobody draws the short straw.

Twenty-four sleep here. A wedding, an anniversary party or a milestone dinner can bring more for the day — up to fifty on the property in total, those twenty-four included — with approval in writing beforehand. There is no fixed number of days; the owner just needs notice.
