An empty room with a rubber floor, which turns out to be the point.

The barn is 1,600 square feet with a rubber floor and a sliding door. It is not heated. It is not finished, styled or themed, and that is exactly why it works.

It absorbs rain, children, gear, yoga mats, cornhole and anything else the house cannot hold. Giant Jenga and building blocks live in the play area upstairs in the house.
