What you've actually been wanting
Maybe you've been the planner for the last decade. Kids' birthdays. Parents' anniversaries. Carpool schedules. The work happy hour. You're the one who makes things happen. Or maybe one of the friends in your group has been carrying that weight, and this is the trip where you decide to be the one who finally sends the first message: "What about next October — I'll handle the rental."
This is the trip where someone else takes the shift. Where nobody's husband texts at 7 AM asking where the soccer cleats are. Where the question "what's for dinner?" is answered by the friend whose turn it is to cook.
Three nights with the people who knew you before all of this. Sunrise on the rocking chairs. The Flex Barn for the yoga, or the dance break, or both. The pergola at dusk with the wine and the conversation that keeps almost finishing in the group chat.
And six bedrooms so nobody fights over a couch.
"I've seen this house hold so much laughter and so many of the conversations that only happen when women get a weekend to themselves. My hope is that you and your friends find the space here to reconnect, recharge, and remember what matters. Enjoy the quiet."
— Soul Coulibaly, Owner
The weekend version of you
The Flex Barn — your private studio for the weekend
1,600 sqft. 16-foot ceilings. Rubber-mat floor (knees thank you). 16-foot sliding door that opens to the yard. No mirrors — practitioners face inward toward whoever's leading. Bring your own facilitator or run sessions yourselves.
Note: the property does NOT provide a yoga instructor, sound-bath facilitator, or wellness retreat staff. Bring your own — the space is set up for you to do your thing.

The other kind of trip
You've stayed at the resort with the bachelorette party next door. You've done the hotel block with the 2 AM hallway noise. You know the kind of trip you're NOT planning.
Just one private 6-bedroom estate.
Six bedrooms. 4.5 bathrooms (you can do the math — that's the kind of ratio that keeps a 12-woman group still friends on Sunday). 1,600 sqft of practice barn. The whole 1.2 acres, all yours. The Chesapeake across the road.
The moments your group will actually live
The first one up
Coffee on the front deck before anyone else stirs. Bay glowing, mourning doves on the rail. The first one up gets the quiet. By day two, everybody's quietly competing for it.
Movement (or not)
1,600 sqft, rubber floor, sliding door open to Bay breeze. Sunrise yoga if you want it. Vision-board Saturday afternoon. Dance break with the speaker plugged in after dinner. Nobody's checking the noise meter.
The reward
The room you've been quietly hoping you'd get. King bed, French doors to the front deck, en-suite freestanding soaking tub. Whoever this trip is really for sleeps here. The rest of the group rotates who gets it on which night.
Golden hour
Late afternoon. Bay turning gold. Sometimes a cargo ship drifts past on the horizon. Sometimes a cruise ship slips by toward Baltimore. The pergola seats 20 — close enough that voices don't have to rise. This is the photo for the group chat.
After dark
Once dinner's cleared, the fire pit takes over. S'mores if you want. Wine if you want. The conversation you've been almost-finishing for three years. Music wraps at 10 (working watermen community quiet hours); the fire keeps going as long as you do.
The slow morning
Purple martins doing acrobatic flips catching bugs. A great blue heron at the marsh edge. If you're stealthy, deer at the feeder. There are 2 crab traps in the front ditch you can walk out and drop in — surprisingly meditative for a group that's never crabbed.
Every room, at the scale a group uses it

"We had such a fantastic stay! The house truly lived up to the listing—tons of space for our group of 20, and the layout made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy. The host was amazing: super responsive, thoughtful, and proactive with details and local tips. The property itself is beautiful and private, with a great backyard and a huge flex barn. The kitchen had everything we needed, and all the linens were spotless. We'd absolutely come back for another stay!"

This was a must for us as we were traveling with elderly parents with limited mobility. The setting is scenic but the location is more remote than some — so good for those looking for a quiet and relaxing time. We enjoyed nearby restaurant called "Old Salty's." We appreciated how responsive the host was to our suggestions and questions. We appreciated small details, like laundry baskets in the rooms as well as Tupperware in the kitchen, puzzles and card games in the sitting area. I believe the host is continuing to add more amenities as guests send more suggestions!"

We went for a family weekend (mix of 18 kids and adults) and it was very spacious and comfortable for everyone. The pergola in the back was an especially big hit! We highly recommend and would stay again."

It was quiet and private enough that we had a great sense of privacy and comfort while still being not too far from stores, restaurants, and other things to do if you want to get outside. The views on the drive in and over the water were incredible"
