Family Feasts & Reunions
Everyone in one room. Finally.
Some moments are too big for any dining room. The Flex Barn becomes your private banquet hall — dress the tables however you like, bring in your favorite food, string up some lights, and gather everyone under one roof. There is floor space here for a long sit-down dinner — bring your own tables and chairs, since we do not provide them. Overnight capacity stays at 24.
Yoga & Movement
Your own private studio. No reservations needed.
Unroll your mat on rubber flooring designed for exactly this. With 1,600 sq ft and 16-ft ceilings, the Flex Barn transforms into a serene movement studio that rivals anything you'd find in a city. Whether it's a sunrise flow for your wellness retreat group, a ladies' weekend yoga session, or a full instructor-led class, the clean white walls and open space create a calm you can't manufacture.
Creative Workshops
Make something beautiful together.
Floral arranging, painting, pottery, cooking demos — the Flex Barn is a blank canvas for any hands-on experience your group wants to create. Set up long work tables, bring in an instructor, and let the creativity flow. Sometimes the most memorable weekends aren't about relaxing at all — they were about making something with your own hands, surrounded by people you love.

There's something about getting out of the conference room that unlocks the best ideas. The Flex Barn is the off-site your team didn't know it needed — WiFi-connected, projector-ready, and with sweeping views of the Chesapeake Bay. Run a full-day strategy session, host a leadership circle, or break your team out of their routines entirely. Better thinking happens when people are relaxed, inspired, and somewhere worth being.
Movie Nights

Guests bring a projector and the Flex Barn turns into the biggest screen anyone in your group has sat in front of. 16-foot ceilings, lights and outlets where you need them, and rubber matting underfoot so the kids can sprawl out with pillows. It's the easy answer for the evening after a long day outside — everyone in one room, nobody staring at a phone.
Family Play & Indoor Fun

When the kids need to burn energy and the weather won't cooperate, the Flex Barn is your answer. 1,600 square feet of rubber-floored, open space means everyone can spread out. Room for ball games, space to set up activities — and best of all, the adults can sit nearby without being cramped. It's the kind of space where grandparents and toddlers end up on the floor laughing together.

Cornhole
Two boards, two bags, and a rubber floor with nothing on it. Kids from one end, adults from the other. Run a round-robin across the whole stay if you like — most groups do, and it usually gets competitive by Saturday.

Ping Pong Table
Competition-grade table on wheels that converts to a full dining surface. Play a match, fold it flat, seat 10 for dinner. Same table, two completely different purposes.
Wheeled and foldable — reconfigure the barn in minutes.
Basketball Hoop
A hoop for the barn, so half-court games join cornhole as part of the mix.
